Return & Exchange Policy

At ArunRaj.org, we take utmost care in curating and packaging every product. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to assist you.

Return Eligibility

We offer returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:
  • You received a damaged or defective item
  • You received a wrong product
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
  • Change of mind
  • Size/color preferences
  • Custom or personalized items

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
  2. Share clear photos or videos of the issue (damage/wrong item).
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions via email.

Note: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect due to our fault.
 

Exchange

We provide an exchange only if:
  • You received a damaged/defective product
  • You received the wrong product
 
Replacement will be dispatched after we receive and inspect the returned item.
 

Refund

Refunds will be processed only if:
  • The product is not replaceable
  • A return is approved and successfully completed
 
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
